Shipping policy
We deliver anywhere in Indonesia from our two shops in Bali: Canggu Guitar (Canggu) and Uluwatu Guitar (Pecatu). Delivery options and prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
Pickup in store
Free. Choose Canggu Guitar or Uluwatu Guitar at checkout. Pickup is usually ready within 4 hours, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
Local delivery in Bali
- Free delivery within 10 km of either shop (Canggu Guitar or Uluwatu Guitar).
- Same-day delivery from 10 km up to 40 km from either shop: Rp 100.000, or free on orders of Rp 1.000.000 and up. For large items we'll contact you to arrange delivery.
Shipping within Bali
- Standard Shipping (1-2 days): Rp 100.000, free on orders of Rp 1.000.000 and up.
Shipping to the rest of Indonesia
We ship with local couriers (JNE, J&T, Pos Indonesia) and send you a tracking number. Prices depend on your region and the weight of your order. Guitars and other instruments are shipped in protective wood packing, which is included in the shipping price.

Delivery times are estimates from when your order leaves our shop and can vary with courier schedules and remote locations.
Large orders and drum kits
Orders over 30 kg can't be checked out online. Please contact us and we'll arrange the best way to ship them.
International shipping
We currently only ship within Indonesia. If you're outside Indonesia, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Payment
Pay at checkout by card, bank transfer, QRIS or e-wallet through Xendit. Paying from outside Indonesia, or card not working? Choose Wise at checkout and send the IDR total to zach@cangguguitar.com, or WhatsApp us and we'll help.
