Information we collect

This is collected automatically through cookies, log files, tags and pixels, and helps us load the Site correctly and understand how it is used.

You give us this when you place an order, so we can process payment, arrange pickup, delivery or shipping, send confirmations and invoices, contact you about your order and check orders for fraud.
  • Customer support information: anything you share with us when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or in store, such as lesson bookings or repair requests.
