In early 2020, a traveling guitarist ducked into a small Bali shop, bought a simple acoustic guitar, and left with a new friendship. Days later, the pandemic locked the island down. The shop's doors shuttered, staff were sent home, and the last chords faded into silence.
Rather than watch a good thing die, the traveler stepped in: he kept the lease, restocked the room, and rehired local players on fair wages. Four years on, Canggu Guitar is both showroom and micro-venue. Every sale funds our Tiny Toko Sessions for emerging artists and free beginner lessons for kids who can't afford them.
Whether you play it, record with it, or gift it—every guitar carries the island's rhythm forward, and you become part of our musical family.
